Somebody said dignity was the first to leave

This is not a criticism of Ryan — it’s not as if there’s some better alternative — but the thing about MAGA is that it’s inherently impervious to humiliation because total surrender of your dignity to Trump is not just a prerequisite for being part of the movement but ultimately a source of gratification for the lickspittle:

I have no idea why people with enough money to do whatever they want choose the path of being Trump’s ass sniffer, but he didn’t get a big Q rating by accident.
