This kind of priority is also evident in the non-extreme MAGA response to COVID-19 — sure, this virus is killing a thousand or three people a day, but wearing a mask for a 5-minute trip into a grocery store or — God Forbid — having to take a completely unprecedented third shot for a viral infection merely because overwhelming evidence suggests that boosters substantially decrease hospitalization and death are worse sacrifices than Abraham ever had to contend with.
