I think my favorite detail is that it’s the 7:50 AM panel. Does anybody not on assignment attend these things? I mean, what’s the point of being a plutocrat if you end up arranging your schedule so that the best use of your time on a trip to Aspen is listening to a couple of hacks nearing the end of their 15 minutes repeat rote arguments at 8 in the morning? Look: here’s what you’ll “learn” — poor people are spoiled by Medicaid and SNAP, partisanship is bad, make sure your children have no leisure time, Both Sides Do It but the Democrat Party is worse. Have a nice breakfast and go skiing or something.
