The Trump Administration Wipes Its Feet on the Fourth Amendment

Trump and Sessions’ desire to Make America White Again by militarizing the police as allies of ICE, the government’s official fascist ethnic cleansing force, openly violates the Fourth Amendment. Sheriffs know this. Even if they are sympathetic with the ethnic cleansing of deportations, they know it is illegal. They worry about future liability and complain that Trump wants them to break the law. The administration, to say, the least, is unconcerned.
