Witch Hunts
By Read this excellent article in the New York Times about the hunt for spies at Guantanamo Bay. Long story short, if you’re Islamic and you have any questions about the treatment of detainees, you get to be a suspect and have your life upended. To be fair, the military system of justice seems to have come to the correct conclusions, even if they arrived far too late.
