Looking at the box score, it looks like Lucky Jones for Robert Morris and Archie Goodwin for Kentucky both had great individual performances.
But tonight, it was clearly better to be Lucky than Goodwin.
You know who else was lucky (at least in the first round)?
He certainly out-shot Poland on their home court . . .
Archie Goodwin and company knocked out this early? Pfui!
Orie Cather’s jumper was not falling today and Saul Panzer got in early foul trouble
Good to be out of the NIT early, before it develops into a full-fledged LOUSE.

Western fans come into existence when UK is eliminated from the tournament. Bowling Green is actually a big town.
As far as I can tell from my experience, Louisville is hardly in Kentucky except around Derby time.
I think U of L fans would prefer to not live in the “Commonwealth” if it farther separates them from UK anyways.
Also, Bowling Green is a really nice town.
Time to increase the payroll.
I was hoping for a Kentucky/Tennessee rematch in the NIT final four.
But, the real question is: How does this impact Ashley Judd’s chances agains Mitch McConnell?
It has to help. This is the result of failed McConnell policies.
Judd will blame McConnell. McOnnell will blame Obama.
The deciding factor in the contest will be the swimsuit (optional) portion.
At least it will be for me.
The one and done model may not work too well if this group decides (has no other option than) to stay until they are seniors.
From “One-and-Done” to “One-and-None” in one year.
HaHaHaHaHa…
Nothing would make me happier than to see this tournament won by one of the WAC teams.
