Let’s At Least Be Clear

With Republican control over the House, whether the jobs bill passed the World’s Worst Deliberative Body or not is a moot point.   But as Fallows says it would be nice if at least headlines and lead grafs could make clear that a minority that includes each and every Republican who voted obstructed even a debate over a bill.
