Egypt: I don’t know anything, have no expertise, haven’t even ever looked at the economic situation. Hence, no posting. If there comes a point when I have something to say, I will.
Actually, that’s not quite true. I do have some thoughts on the Egyptian military, and on the potential contortions the regional military balance might undergo in case of a revolution, but these thoughts remain unfinished. In extremely general terms, sentiments expressed here remain fundamentally unchanged.
