Recognizing the Champion

Hopefully, Billy Donovan will decide soon whether he wants to come to UK, if only to quiet the relentlessly irritating speculation in Lexington. Note to Cat fans: Just because there’s an opening at UK does not mean that any coach in the country would be grateful to fill it. One guy I was talking to last week seemed insulted that Donovan had not already agreed to come to UK (what sane man would refuse such an honor?), insisting that he “was only holding out for more money”. That, and he’s probably been busy…
