This one is even more unambiguous than the murder of Renee Good, although I’m sure the “just comply with illegal orders if you don’t want to be murdered” crowd won’t be be fazed by such details.

. . . numerous videos showing the murder victim had a holstered weapon (open carry is legal in Minnesota), and that it was taken from him before he was murdered. I’m sure the NRA will be all over this. Frau Noem is already out there claiming he was “brandishing” his weapon, which is probably a lie, but doing so wouldn’t be illegal if he had a reasonable fear of great bodily harm, plus if he had already been disarmed the brandishing is legally irrelevant to the subsequent shooting, so even their own story is a murder confession.
