Gratified to see that someone has actually read my book and even more so that they kinda vaguely seemed to like it:

It is at this complex interplay of candor and concealment that Patents for Power draws out
new suggestions on how civil patent systems have shaped the marketplace of military technology.
The book’s coauthors are from two complementary fields: international relations and diplomacy
(Robert M. Farley) and law (Davida H. Isaacs). Neither is a historian, so it is no surprise that the
book’s main goal is forward-looking policy pronouncements about the importance of patent law in resolving future world conflicts.

As it happens, releasing a book on November 1, 2020 was not as conducive to high sales volume as you might think.
