Buy Google, Short Microsoft
Hopefully they will pay him enough that it won’t be worth his while to ever work for a Democrat again. Well, unless Andrew Cuomo wanted to hire him to run his 2016 primary campaign…

Ballmer and Penn. That much aggressive ignorance in one place could cause a disturbance in the Force, young Luke.

Google’s victory will come from running up big wins in the caucuses.

if there is one thing all left, liberals and progressives should agree on, it is that Mark Penn is bad in a not good way, not in a Richard Roundtree in Shaft sort of way

Mark Penn continues to believe that it’s still 1992.

losgatosca, that was pretty much the point i was going to make.
ballmer continues to pile up points towards securing the worst ceo in history crown, and presumably, the founders still support him. hiring mark penn is pretty much the apotheosis of what has turned the evil empire into an, wheezing, also-ran….

There’s a thin line between being crazy and a genius!
It’s not like they made him CEO, though Engineering Manager is kind of an important-sound title.
I’m skeptical he has much power in the company, and I see major upside to having someone throwing around off-the-wall ideas till one sticks in Google’s business mode.

So? Honestly, this is a problem. It’s not Google’s problem.
It’s the government’s problem for being their patsy. They gotta man up and make a better tax structure so companies don’t just dodge it (or pay someone off to make a loophole).

I think the whole “Scroogle” thing is pretty stupid.
Microsoft is just upset Google implemented this faster than Microsoft could. It’s not like people don’t pay Microsoft to show up highlighted in their shopping results.
