Yoo Better Believe That Satire is Just Dirt in the Ground

Shorter Verbatim John Yoo: “President Obama’s claim that he can refuse to deport 800,000 aliens here in the country illegally illustrates the unprecedented stretching of the Constitution and the rule of law.”

Obviously, the claim that Obama’s actions are unprecedented is utterly ludicrous. Although, admittedly, not quite as ludicrous as Yoo’s view that the framers believed that George III was insufficiently endowed with arbitrary executive powers.
