2012 Patterson School Spring Crisis Simulation
The Patterson School Spring Crisis Simulation has drawn to a close. The UK School of Journalism set up two sites to support the sim; check them out. This year’s sim involved Mexican cartels, the Bellagio Casino, and the unfortunate passing of Mr. Brad Pitt.
More of a wrap up later this week.

Damn, and right before the Oscars? They’re gonna have to move quick to get him in the montage.
This year’s sim involved writing the script for Ocean’s 14?
Or possibly the plot of Babel.
Of course the major consequence would be Angelina would be back on the market.
It is estimated at least 2 films will have productions marred by time wasted from leading men hitting on her.
I bet in his darker moments Brad Pitt knew the University of Kentucky Patterson School would be the one to finally murder him.
1 – If there be justice on earth, whomever picked the ‘light-gray-type-on-black-background’ for the ‘Mexican National News’ should find him/her self, 30 years from now, wearing thick trifocals.
2 – Running the report in ‘blog form’ makes it difficult for non-attendees who have to backtrack to the beginning to find out what’s going on
3 – Also, us ‘outside observers’ would find it easier to follow if messages had a ‘fictional-world’ date and time stamp (Or was the entire ‘crisis’ assumed to fit into 24 hours of ‘real time’?)
“Or was the entire ‘crisis’ assumed to fit into 24 hours of ‘real time’?”
Ayup.
I saw nothing from my office in McVey 103. Nothing at all.
