By Dana Milbank is the latest to assert that Sotomayor just can’t be all that bright and doesn’t know her place. Does anyone think in a million years that Milbank would be questioning the intelligence of a white appointee with similarly sterling academic credentials? Like, to pick a random example, Sam Alito? This is just appalling stuff.
