Helping to torpedo Bork was indeed one of his finest moments, and good for him for not kowtowing to the “OMG accurately stating Robert Bork’s views about various issues and then rejecting him for the position to which he was allegedly inherently entitled was the Greatest Outrage Ever” conventional anti-wisdom.
