Mass. Romantics

This is, of course, great news.  What’s annoying is that it will hardly dim the cries that the Massachusetts judiciary is composed of out-of-control "activists" who imposed their will on an unwilling majority etc. etc..  Well, during the last election the Massachusetts electorate on balance favored legislators who supported the court’s ruling, and now the people’s representatives have chosen not to use the tools is has to oppose the court’s judgment.  So all claims of illegitimate "judicial activism" should hereby be rendered inoperative.
